The Caregiver Indirect and Informal Care Cost Assessment Questionnaire (CIIQ) is a proprietary instrument. A license is required prior to administration of the CIIQ.

• For non-academic, commercial use (incl. research sponsored by/conducted on behalf of governmental agencies/confederations), the license fee for using the CIIQ is dependent on the number and frequency of administrations, duration of the study, and number of language versions required.
